This policy covers our all Personal Information gathered for the purposes of providing you e-mail service and the information logged as part of the service. Personal Information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

Spam Prevention

We are concerned about controlling unsolicited commercial e-mail. We will not sell, lease or rent any address lists to any third parties. While we continue to actively review and implement new technology, such as expanded filtering features, there is no currently available technology that will totally prevent the sending and receiving of unsolicited e-mail. Outgoing spam (goups of 100 e-mails or more within specific times) is not allowed through our services and we reserve the right to immediately terminate an account for such activities. Any mass mailing e-mails that go out must contain a working "unsubscribe" mechanism for any recipient.
